Mission Mrutyunjay

Mission Mrutyunjay is an activity launched by Pune Police to enlist the help of City College students in the fight against terror. Police Commissioner Dr. Satyapal Singh appealed all the Educational Institutions to form ‘Mission Mrutyunjay Clubs’ comprising of teachers, staff members and students. As a part of this activity, ‘Mission Mrutyunjay Club’ was formed in Vishwakarma Institute of Technology and was inaugurated on 1st September 2008 at the hands of Mr. Satish Khandare, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-2. The Club has around 60 members.

The members of this Club act as ears and eyes of the Police and alert them if they notice any suspicious activities in the City.
