Instructions to Students for Online Payment

Online payment facility is available for the students admitted in Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune before academic year 2019-20. 

    1. Enter your G.R. Number as User ID and Password.
    2. Keep the following documents ready before the online payment:
      1. Debit/ Credit/ Visa/ Master Card and Password
      2. For Net banking :- Bank Name, ID and Password
    3. As per circular no.32/2019 dated 30.12.2019 of CBDT, no charges shall be applicable on or after 01.01.2020 for transactions made through following electronic modes:  Only a specific platform fees would be levied by Payment Gateway for these transactions @ 0.4% of the transaction value. 
      1. Debit Card Powered by RuPay.
      2. Unified Payment Interface (UPI) (BHIM-UPI) and
      3. Unified Payments Interface Quick Response Code (UPI QR Code) (BHIM-UPI QR Code).
    4. All transactions, below INR 2,000/- made through domestic Debit Cards powered by Visa and MasterCard shall be charged at 0.4% w.e.f. 01.01.2020.

Charges= Rs. 200 + GST

 

  • REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

    In case of Backlog subjects, second or third year students failing to take admission in appropriate program due to year down rule, their paid fees will be refunded as per rules.

  • DOUBLE PAYMENT ISSUE

Please note that Double payments means the Transaction for which you have attempted to make an online payment more than once, for which your account may has been debited twice during multiple attempts to make payment.

If the card supplier declines payment, Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank / credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
