The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, established in 1999, offers a graduate program in B.Tech. (Electronics and Telecommunication), post-graduate course M.Tech. (Electronics and Telecommunication). The department also has a robust research program leading to a PhD in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. The department caters to the ever-increasing needs of technical brilliance in all allied areas of electronics engineering, such as Microelectronics, Telecommunication, Wireless Networks, Digital Signal Processing, and Mobile Communication. Best-in-field teachers and deserving students are the major strengths of the department. The research interests of the department faculty members encompass the major areas of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. They are involved in active research funded by Industry and Government agencies.
